I played in D4 from 2013 to 2022 and wrote this league management system, known as TVSIS (The Villages Softball Information System), beginning in 2018 and continuing to this day. Unfortunately, a severe hand injury I received during a D4 game ended my softball playing days in late 2022.
Having been away from D4 for over three years, I have now reached a point where I no longer have the time, energy, interest or financial resources to continue developing and maintaining this system alone.
As a result, I will be regretfully shutting down TVSIS on April 15, 2026, a month from today, and a couple of days after the current season has ended.
I'm sure the board will be providing you with information about any new system and/or procedures that will be used going forward as soon as it becomes available.
I hope many of you have benefitted from and enjoyed using my system over the last eight years and will continue to enjoy playing in Division 4 for many years to come...
